Rachel Jordan, FNP-C

Rachel Jordan is excited to have joined Gateway Regional Medical Group and looks forward to caring for you and your families.  With a background in medical ICU and specialized focus on cardiac care, Rachel brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

Rachel attened Chamberlain University for all of her medical schooling and earned her degrees, and is now a successful Family Nurse Practitioner.  Rachel is passionate about preventive care and patient education, believing that empowering patients is key to achieving optimal health outcomes.  She is committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to individuals and their familes.

Outside of work Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and son, she also enjoys cooking and baking.  They love spending their time outside together as a family.
